Information About Your Account
A Premium Account is a special service that allows you to download files without completing any surveys. To login to your account, go to the download page of the file you want and click "Premium Download". Enter your login information and click "Login", and the download will start automatically. Your Premium Account username is randomly generated, so please store it in a safe place. When your account expires you cannot renew it, so you must purchase an entirely new account.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your account it is our policy to refund your payment. Please do not reverse your payment through PayPal, as it can take up to 30 days for the dispute to close and you to receive your money. Instead, go here and put in a request.
